1. Shipping & Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri).

    • Transit Time: 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri).

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 6-11 business days.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Orders & Tracking

  • How can I track my order? Once your order (Hobby Box, Packs, or Singles) is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@guardglint.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unopened (Sealed Wax), in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do? We apologize for the inconvenience! If your Hobby Box or cards arrive with significant damage (crushed boxes or tampered seals), please email us immediately at support@guardglint.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate and send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Product Specifics

  • Are the cards and Hobby Boxes authentic? Yes, GuardGlint only sells 100% authentic, factory-sealed products sourced from official distributors (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, Pokémon, etc.).

  • Do you guarantee "Hits" or specific cards? No. All our products are factory-sealed. The contents are randomized by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee specific players or rare cards (Pulls), as that is the nature of the hobby!

  • How do you protect the cards during shipping? We are collectors ourselves! We use bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and extra protection to ensure your items arrive in Mint/Near-Mint condition.

5. Payments & Security

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure payment gateways like PayPal and Apple Pay (via Shopify).

  • Is my personal information secure? Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses SSL encryption to ensure your data and payment information are 100% protected.
