Thank you for choosing GuardGlint for your trading cards and collectibles. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (USA).
2. Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden shipping fees at checkout for your hobby boxes or packs.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders for our Hobby Boxes, Trading Cards, and Supplies are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during New Set Releases), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GuardGlint is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages & Secure Packaging
We understand the importance of card condition. We ship our products in secure packaging to prevent corner dings or box damage. However, if you receive your order damaged (e.g., a crushed hobby box or tampered seal), please contact our support team immediately at support@guardglint.com with photos of the packaging and the item.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
