Refund policy
At GuardGlint, we want your collection to shine. We understand the thrill of the "Pull," but if something isn't right, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Sealed & Unopened: For Hobby Boxes, Packs, and Blasters, the factory shrink-wrap (Sealed Wax) must be intact. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.

Same Condition: Single cards must be in the same condition and protective sleeve/top-loader provided.

Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the receipt or order number.
2. Damages and Issues (The Collector’s Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

Package Damage: The Hobby Box arrives crushed or tampered with.

Wrong Item: You received a Pokémon box instead of a Soccer box, for example.

Note: We are not responsible for "Bad Pulls" (if you didn't find a rare card). This is the nature of the hobby!
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened Products: Any box or pack that has been opened or has a torn seal.

Graded Cards (PSA/BGS/SGC): Once the slab is tampered with or scratched after delivery.

Digital Products/Gift Cards.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@guardglint.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Warning: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (to ensure it’s still sealed), we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
